Apartment 44 is an apartment with a very large living room. The balcony, that is facing the sunny south, can be reached both from within the living room as the bedroom. The apartment is brand new and is equipped with modern furniture and bathroom. It has a German kitchen.

The apartment has a dishwashing machine, a washmachine, a big flatscreen television in the living room and large custom made closets to store lots of luggage.

In total there are 4-6 sleeping places available. One two-person bed and two sleepcouches.

After you placed the booking in our booking system you have to transfer 30% of the total amount on the account number provided. The remaining amount has to be on the account number the day before you arrive. In case the money is not on our account the day you arrive, you have to pay cash in the same time you are receiving the keys.

The apartment is exclusively reserved for you after the initial payment of 30% of the total amount. There will be no other bookings in the same dates possible.

In july and august the minimum booking period is 7 days.
