Apartment 45 is a superb holiday apartment with a luxurous German kitchen, a very attractive bathroom with bath and (max) 4 sleeping places and a balcony. It has 1 bedroom and a livingroom. There are 2 very large custom-made closets which can store any luggage. There is also another small room that also has a bed (200x 90cm).

There is free access to internet (wifi), there are two full-hd television sets with two full-hd satellite receivers. It is possible to bring your own satellite card and insert it into the tuner. There is access to Hotbird and Astra-1 (names of satellites).

The remaining amount has to be on the account number the day before you arrive. In case the money is not on our account the day you arrive, you have to pay cash in the same time you are receiving the keys.

The apartment is exclusively reserved for you after the initial payment of 30% of the total amount. There will be no other bookings in the same dates possible.

In july and august the minimum booking period is 7 days.
